The Amman World Joy Mixed Use Development is a destination-oriented development located in southern Amman, strategically positioned adjacent to major local facilities including Amman Waves, the National Park, universities, sports clubs, and other planned developments. The project is envisioned as a versatile lifestyle destination offering residential and short-term visitor accommodation alongside restaurants, entertainment, and leisure facilities, with attractive views and convenient access to both Amman city centre and Queen Alia International Airport. The project aims to establish an accessible and well-connected mixed-use destination capable of serving local residents, families, and short-term visitors. Transportation planning focuses on ensuring efficient connectivity to the surrounding developments and the wider road network while supporting safe and convenient movement for the various users and activities within the development. Our company provided transportation and mobility planning services to assess the development's accessibility and transportation requirements. The work focused on reviewing access and connectivity, considering the interaction between the proposed development and surrounding facilities, and supporting an efficient mobility framework appropriate for the project's mix of residential, hospitality, leisure, dining, and entertainment uses. The transportation assessment supported the development of an integrated mobility approach that enhances accessibility, connectivity, and safe movement for residents and visitors. The recommendations considered the site's strategic location and its relationship with surrounding facilities and planned developments, helping to support the project's role as a major mixed-use and leisure destination in southern Amman.
