King Hussein Business Park (KHBP) is one of Jordan's premier mixed-use business destinations, providing world-class office spaces, retail facilities, and public amenities for local, regional, and international companies, as well as startups operating in the ICT, media, healthcare, and education sectors. Located in western Amman, approximately 7 km from the city center and 30 km from Queen Alia International Airport, the development extends over an area of approximately 1.25 km² and serves as a key commercial and innovation hub within the capital. To evaluate the transportation impacts of the proposed development on the surrounding and internal road networks, optimize accessibility and circulation, develop sustainable mobility and parking strategies, and ensure efficient movement for all users while supporting future growth and planned infrastructure improvements in the area. Commissioned by King Hussein Business Park, our team Prepared a comprehensive Transportation Study including traffic impact assessment, transport modelling, parking strategy development, access planning, and circulation analysis. Provided transport advisory services to support the masterplan development and secured approvals from the relevant authorities. The study successfully assessed the transportation impacts of the development on the surrounding road network and internal circulation system. Developed sustainable mobility, parking, and access solutions that enhanced traffic operations, accessibility, and road safety while supporting future growth and planned infrastructure upgrades.
